I had a good experience today with a plumber from Jay's. Over the years, I have used A-1 Plumbing by George, but when my current needs arose, George told me he had moved and no longer services my area. He recommended Jay. Jay himself answered the phone when I called and set up my appointment for the first thing in the morning. This morning, early, the plumber dispatched to my home called ahead of his arrival. I had a slab leak pipes under ground. Almost a year ago, finally its all completed. Jay,Octavia and his team. ,demolition which is the scariest, this was smooth sailing outstanding, professional, they made this not knowing what's going to happen stressful moment into a now amazing experience. They were in and out in 2 days. All I can say is wowwwww so thrilled I chose you.. Thank you Jay's Superior Services for this wonderful experience. Now onto part 2.
I was substantially overcharged with no explanation. I was not given the courtesy of a callback from multiple attempts to reach them. Jay is obviously not professional, and cares. Nothing about his customers.
We had a leak under our bathroom sink at night and had to turn off the main water supply. We called Jay’s at 10:30 at night because it said they had 24 hour service and they are very close to where we live. We left a message explaining the problem, but no one called us back until 7:00am, but by then the problem was already fixed by another company who actually honored their claim of 24 hour service!
