Had excellent communication with the owner excellent customer service. Driver / technician arrived at my home was very friendly. We'll definitely continue using their services.
Total lack of professionalism. Been waiting for over a week and a half for service. They keep telling me that they only have one driver and there's nothing they can do. They've already told me they were gonna be here three times and never showed up. Today they charged our credit card , but suddenly had an emergency at some school, so once again, we were left in the cold. Just called and canceled the whole thing and decided to use another company. Thanks for nothing Jays, you suck.

Never showed up for their appointment. Didn't even bother to call or email saying they couldn't show.
Very nice, informative driver came today to empty tank. He wanted to make sure I understood the increase in service, as they are no longer able to discard waste locally, but have to go all the way down to w. Lebanon (he didn't mention having to wait for the construction) to empty their trucks, I totally get that. he answered all my questions politely and was very helpful and friendly.
