Hi all. We, Jay's jewlery have been keeping the records of all jewelry purchased and reported them to Hartford Police to prevent from purchasing stolen goods for many years. Because buying a stolen good is never a good business. However I admit there was few cases items we bought were reported stolen and we are please to say due to our reportings to the Police dep. they were returned to the Original owners.
No Questions Asked this place is very shady. they obviously buy stolden merchandise with no questions asked and sell it for huge profits
