I had a very disappointing experience with Jay’s Heating and A/C. They were assigned through my home warranty company to repair my A/C. The coil was installed in June 2025, and shortly after, new problems began. By August, my ceiling started leaking, causing water damage in my home. Jay’s Heating and A/C came out twice in August, each time stating the leak was fixed — it was not. We recently had to replace an old, problematic AC/Heating unit. Joe arrived promptly, diagnosed the issues efficiently and provided us with our options. He ordered us a new unit, which he promptly installed at a reasonable price. Joe and his staff was both personable and professional. We’re extremely satisfied with the service and highly recommend Jay's Heating & AC!
