Just want to be clear, I’m not a customer of these ppl, but I did have an incident with them and they have yet responded. Driving down Hwy 85 in Riverdale, employees of this company were cutting the lawn for one of their customers. As I was driving by one of their employees was cutting close to the road and a rock came flying towards my new car and significantly damaged the back passenger door. I used them years ago and would never recommend them. Horrible customer service and they owed me a refund. Ended up blocking my number and blocking me on fb cause I spoke poorly about them. I believe they finally gave me a refund but reading f the recent reviews it sounds like they are still trashy.
II booked an appointment and they just didn’t show up nor did they call to tell me they weren’t showing up. I could have had someone else doing my yard who actually shows up but I’m waiting on this unprofessional business.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The reviews are bad on here, and I always read reviews, even though they were bad, I chose to use them, because I like going with underdog, as sometimes they are given a bad wrap....I used them on a small job, they did it, so I referred them out to two other people...then for another job for me, they never showed up for the one referral, the other they came out, didn't complete the job and never returned; after promising to come for a whole week.. today Oct 25, 2020, they have yet to reply...... read more
