Did not show up on time, if at all. His helpers spent more time smoking or complaining about the cold or rain. They did not finish job and left their tools-it's been almost 4-months now. Had to hire another service who pointed out that parts were installed backwards and/or upside-down, and lost project parts. And now, the phone number listed cannot accept calls. Disappointing.

Did not take care of the problem. Drilled holes in the wall for water damage and missed black mold, missed that the roof was leaking causing further water damage.
