I had an amazing experience with Janelle! From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive to my messages, which really helped ease my worries as a client. I have a lot of hair, and I was so impressed that she was able to wash, blow dry, and do my knotless braids in just 4.5 hours. She is not only professional but also kind and gentle throughout the entire process. I’m truly grateful to have found her, and I couldn't be happier!
The service is great. Got to my appointment about 20 mins early and was started right away. Janelle is very kind and I felt no pain at all while getting my knotless braids. She also washed my hair before getting the braids. It was heavenly! Will definitely be back.
