Amazing service! Very helpful and knowledgable!!! These guys know their stuff and are willing to help. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into anything. I would defiantly recommend a proper fitting if it's a new bike. They won't steer you wrong!!
Really great service here. Reasonable prices. Only bike shop in area to have fatbikes on sale 20% off. Shop manager, Andrew is awesome!
Need a bike fitting? Go see Bert at Jay's Cycle Center. He is knowledgeable and does an excellent job. I am 100% happy with my fit and would highly recommend him to any and all cyclists!
Went there for the first time last Tuesday and was met by very helpful and pleasant staff. I saw a store bib and jersey combo for a great price and was able to try them on in their large fitting room but didn't have room on my road bike to haul the merch back to my car a few towns over. Came back that Friday and met Anthony who was an awesome employee and very helpful with cycling tips. Ended up buying the combo and left very inspired to cycle in the area again. Can't wait to go back to the store.
Excellent customer service at very fair prices. Gave me an estimate on work to be done and it was dead on. My bike rides like it is brand new again.
