I am new in town and I want to send a special shout out to Chris for helping me out in an emergency and making repairs to my bike at the last minute. My bike worked flawlessly and I had a successful weekend of racing as a result. The rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend you go to Jay's for all your biking needs!!!!
Can't say enough about Jay's....!! We've gone from getting tune-ups on our old bikes, to buying a little bit of gear here and there, to buying cool new bikes, to going clipless, and have felt nothing but support and courtesy along the way. Just purchased a brand new road bike with Andrew (with some help from Michael!), who was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. The pricing was also right on par with what I had researched online. I was fully intending on riding back (after getting dropped off by an Uber) with my new bike, and then it started to downpour as we were wrapping up.
