I bought 50/50 tickets for one game and they charged me 3 times. I called customer service four times and they refused to give me the Jays Care contact information. DO NOT buys 50/50 tickets. It's a HUGE Scam! There is 26 employees on the Jays Care team and not one of them will pick up the phone to help a very angry customer.
Unresponsve; card was charged twice; no responses despite several emails. No alternatve means of contact provided. Good cause but be careful.
