Bringing in a scraped car, Eric, the owner had listened to my rip off $4,000 estimate at Marv's Auto body Shop experience. He told me he just didn't see how they could come up with that estimate. To be fair, I had just paid in full for the person's car I scraped. I didn't need my insurance increasing. He spent some time talking to me and being kind. Then he said let's see what I can do. He took 10 minutes buffing out the scrape and polishing. It looked pretty darn good. He treated me like a human being and not like a victim.... read more
