I can’t say enough good things about Jay’s BMW Auto Service. They replaced the water pump on my Mini Cooper and after about 800 miles the brand-new pump developed a leak. Instead of making excuses, they stood behind their work 100%. They took the car back in, replaced the water pump again, and redid all of the labor at absolutely no charge.
