Great experience. 99% of the time dealing with a vehicle purchase from a dealer is a hassle. Jay is that 1% that makes it simple. Jay prides himself on his honesty and transparency, he made sure I knew every single thing that he knew about the truck before I bought it. This is not a shady used dealer who's trying to hide anything or take advantage of anyone. Communication was excellent, he went above and beyond to get the deal closed as soon as possible for me despite unique challenges. Would absolutely recommend.
