Very friendly – My first visit to Jay's was for a smog test, so I can't truthfully speak to the quality of work, since the test does not require repair or maintenance. However, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and flexible despite the fact that the boss, Jay, was on vacation, and the shop was busy.

Get the work done quickly – They get the work done quickly, keep the customer well informed, and they don't try and milk the service or repair with unnecessary and costly repairs or products like major auto dealers do.
Very friendly and courteous service however, I have to return my vehicle tomorrow because of a new issue as a result of the service provided.
They were professional very knowledgeable about my repair/maintenance issue. I would definitely return there in the future.
