Had a minor hiccup on my car's last service due to a defective rack and pinion which was an issue with the vendor and no fault of the folks at Jay's. Despite the fact that they were not at fault, Johnny arranged to have my car towed back to prevent any damage, footed the bill for my uber and threw in a complete vehicle detail! Went there to get an AC compressor replaced. Labor costs were more than reasonable, service was very professional and I was treated very kindly. They were able to get the job done in one day; I was very pleased with the overall experience and highly recommend this shop.
I originally had a bad experience and after seeing my previous review, I was shocked when I received a call from Johnny the owner. He listened, apologized, and vowed to make it right. He provided a repair and oil change at no charge and refunded my money for the previous visit. I was so astounded by his great customer care and service, and his dedication to standing behind his business. He has made me a customer for life. Thank you Johnny!!
