Ben responded quickly and professionally to my servicing request and the rates are extremely competitive to other quotes I received. Through the service Ben discovered concerns and was able to explain complex information so I could understand. I've been using Jay's Air Conditioning for over 4 years for both maintenance/repairs and two new installations at our home and can unreservedly recommend them. They have always been prompt to respond (particularly for emergencies in hot weather) and had the forethought to do preliminary diagnosis via phone to ensure they had parts required for any repairs that were required. If you are looking for an honest, reliable and thoroughly professional company then Jays Air Conditioning is the company. I needed an old unit removed and my first quote was from a large company. Their tradie was prompt and claimed they were an honest and transparent company. Their quote was three times higher than Jay's quote. So if you want authentic and honest work then I would strongly recommend you try Jays first.
