We would recommend Jay's Air Con every day of the week! We had multiple no-shows from large companies then I called and spoke to Ben and he was here the next day!! Outstanding! Polite, friendly, very reasonable costs and just a great, genuine bloke who cares about what he does and his clients. 5 stars from us!
Old mate came into JTM AUTO today and fixed up our air conditioning, a blessing for both staff and our customers. Great attitude for the early start and completed the work fast, I couldn't recommend these fellas any more they are great !

Had a significant issue with a newish ducted system. Original installer had closed his business. Ben responded very quickly, diagnosed the problem and resolved it at a very reasonable cost. Would definitely call on him again.
Would not recommend Jays. The initial communication was already a red flag. I believe I was messaging Ben and when it was time to organise a date and time for the service, I got sent an automated text saying that he was away on holidays. The dates mentioned in the text had also already passed, which was odd. So I had to call up their second number and got through to Jay.
