Ben’s team at Jay’s air conditioning were great. It was a tricky job with limited underfloor space to convert my gas ducted heating to ducted reverse cycle aircon. They were very polite, tidy, and efficient in getting g the job done. Couldn’t be happier. Perfect timing before the heatwave hit us.
Ben booked in a visit with us on short notice and instantly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for us. We had someone else come in on a favour and weren't helpful at all. Would 100% recommend Jay's Air Conditioning to anyone looking for good service and someone who won't cut corners and try to take more money than what's reasonable.
A great family run business that is efficient and proficient at what they do. Ben visited us only a few days after sending them an enquiry and he was able to identify the problem straight away. He gave me detailed explanations of what the problems were and the solutions available to me. He filled up the refrigerant and told me exactly what I needed to do to maintain the quality of our air conditioning. Top quality service, quick, efficient and great personality.
