I rang Jay's air conditioning for a quote and got a response from Ben straight away. Sent 2 photos to Ben on where the unit is to be installed and got a quote the same day. I rang another place and literally got the run around through their call center 3 times. Noah came and installed the Daikin air conditioner. He was polite, friendly, professional and informed us of what he was going to do when he arrived and through out the install. Noah arrived on time, he did an excellent job and you can tell he cares for his customers
Just got my 10Kw Mitsubishi (Heavy Industries, split unit) serviced by Ben. It now really heats downstairs like it did when it was new. Testing was down on outside unit for gas, and a really good inspection/clean up. They have all the tools. Now it works like brand new again. Could not recommend high enough.
