Excellent experience with Jay's HVAC. They answered the phone immediately, scheduled service quickly, and diagnosed the problem as a failed run capacitor in the outdoor condenser unit. The technician had the part on the truck and completed the repair on the spot. Fair pricing, great communication with text updates, and professional service from start to finish. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Titusville area!
Had a air handler go out. Called Jays in the a.m. They made out to me same day by 1400. Replaced blower motor and was out of there in a flash!!
Hunter was professional and understanding. He took time to explain everything. We were unable to make a decision until the board meets. My A/C started blowing hot yesterday evening and I called the office a 8am hoping to have a technician come out today. The pleasant lady on the phone had Kevin the technician scheduled for me between 9-9:30am. Kevin promptly arrived at 9:15am. Kevin quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed my ac within 45mins of arrival. I’m a new customer and now a loyal customer. Kevin is very professional and efficient. To top it all off the price was very reasonable.
