My A/C went out Monday. On Monday, Hunter came and quickly diagnosed the problem as needing a new motor blower. He was a great guy. He told me they were closed in the office as it was after 5 (It was 4:50) so he couldn't get me an estimate on it for me to approve until first thing in the morning, on Tuesday. It was $55 for the service call, which is better than anywhere I had used. There was no estimate in the morning. Brandon, my tech was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed a clogged condensate line. He took extra care to clean up and left my space spotless. A very reasonable charge of only $85. Brandon makes a good impression.
Tech was nice came out told us the issue said the next morning we'd get a proposed estimate for the work and never recieved anything. Paid the $89 emergency fee got the invoice within seconds. Sorry but this is all hype we will not be using their services again poor experience from a place so highly recommended but it is what it is I guess BEWARE.
I would like to thank Jay’s A/C again for helping with our challenged system. I really have to express my sincere gratitude for the service they provided. Their people are good and Hunter was quick to the task. But Cody and Kevin in particular were exceptional and very sharp! I was very impressed with their demeanor, skill level, and willingness to listen to the customer. The office staff is always accessible and helpful. Excellent experience with Jay's HVAC. They answered the phone immediately, scheduled service quickly, and diagnosed the problem as a failed run capacitor in the outdoor condenser unit. The technician had the part on the truck and completed the repair on the spot. Fair pricing, great communication with text updates, and professional service from start to finish. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Titusville area!
