Honest, trustworthy business. Office staff and techs are great. When there’s an issue, their team responds promptly. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Great owner that supports local businesses too. All around very trustworthy and awesome company. Seeing they only have 88 other reviews is shocking. We don’t take enough time out of our lives to show love to the small businesses that do great work. This is the most trustworthy A/C company in town! I will never go with anyone else again. They are honest and will not try to swindle you. We had another company come out for a routine inspection first, and they recommended over $7000 worth of work. I was skeptical, so someone recommended Jay's A/C. Cody came out the same day that I called, and his attention to detail was phenomenal. He was a straight shooter and gave us an honest rundown of what we needed at a much more reasonable price.
Update Oct 2025: Had Brad (B-Rad) out to do preventative maintenance and you could not ask for a more polite young man. Seemless appointment and all checked out. Came on time, quickly took care of everything; explaining as he went and was on his way. I will always be back with our a/c needs. Thank you again to a wonderful company. Dana and Brittany always answer the phone promptly, regardless of the time of day, and ensure that I receive the best possible service.
