Dana and Brittany always answer the phone promptly, regardless of the time of day, and ensure that I receive the best possible service. I cannot thank Jay, his son, and the entire team at Jay’s A/C enough for taking care of us today—and for all the other times they’ve come to our rescue! My son called them last night because our unit was freezing up. They came out first thing this morning and discovered the issue was a collapsed duct. They said they’d order the part and come back to fix it, so I figured that meant tomorrow or maybe Thursday. Well, I was wrong! The lady that handled my call was very rude and had no customer service. I have a pregnant wife at the house with no Ac, could not make it priority to come out and service my ac, rates are way too high and would not recommend to anyone
