Erica Johnson is a scam artist. We hired her to replace old windows, repair stucco and install a heat pump. She took $32,000 and all we got from her was two electrical wires placed for an electric panel upgrade WE DID NOT NEED! We have filed a police report with CSPD, and two other clients of Erica (Jayne of All Trades) have contacted us with the same story. She cannot pull building permits in El Paso county because she isn't insured. Do not trust her with ANY work as she is not qualified.

Jayne of All Trades web site is a phishing site used by its owner as a predatory platform to gather clients to enter into a contract. Which she has no intent of fulfilling. Don't become a victim like us. Highly encourage others who have been victimized to file a police report and file a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General.

We hired JoAT (Erica) in April of 2021 for some hail damage repairs. We signed over the $8,900 check to her in 2021. We were going through a refinance to update and remodel our home, so Erica was “holding” the funds until our refinance was finished. My husband was hospitalized with COVID and was out of work for 4 months, so the refi did not go through until March 2022. I reached out to Jayne of All Trades in early January 2019 for some renovation and repair work in Park County. I was told that they would be able to do the project after providing the insurance paperwork and estimate. I scheduled a meeting with a representative at the property (Approx 1:45 from where I live) and traveled to meet the representative. I've hired Jane of All Trades for many projects and recommended her to many friends. She has always been prompt and professional and delivered quality work. She built an addition onto my friends home, converted my garage into a bedroom, and has done many other remodeling projects for me and I have never been disappointed. 10/10 would recommend.
