They called me the day before to reschedule because of the CNP not accepting a "certain number of new patients in one day", after I confirmed the appointment already. Fine. I was rescheduling for the same date with a different doctor at a different location...got home after work to do the check-in online only to find that the receptionist scheduled my appointment for a date that is NOT what she said on the phone. Get it together! If you don't want new patients, then I recommend you disable that function for scheduling online... read more
