Right from the start of us reaching out the communication was not good and it should have been our first clue. We were looking to get an addition put on for our back porch. I had seen some of Jayne's design and decorating work in several different homes and liked what I saw. So, when we were in the process of building a new home, we reached out to River Remodel. Working with Jayne was a dream! Not only was she a professional from the start, but immediately made me feel like she was a friend who cared about the vision I had for my kitchen. I can be indecisive but Jayne held my hand and guided me through every step, from picking out the countertop, to the flooring, to the tile, and the entire design. She is a master with colors!! I used Jayne for my kitchen remodel (and some other updates around the house) and she did NOT disappoint! From our initial conversation to the design meeting to picking out floor/countertops/backsplash, she was there every step of the way. She gave great advice when I asked and made sure everything was done on schedule and within budget. The contractors were polite, timely, and clean and she made sure everything was done at a high standard. She gave me my dream kitchen! I highly recommend!

If my wife and I could give Jayne and her team 10 stars we would! Currently living in SC, we own a home in River Bend where my mother-in-law resides. Regular visits every 4-6 weeks doesn't allow ample time to tackle normal homeowner project completion. And our search for companies to trust has also been a challenge. But based on our recent experience with Jayne and her team, we are planning to slowly move forward with projects on our "to do" list.
