There’s always a first time for everything, and I must say, this one-star review reflects the unfortunate experience we had with Jayne. During our scheduled consultation, she arrived 20 minutes late, flustered and with her adorable dog in tow. While we love pets, the distraction was significant, and it seemed to affect her demeanor towards our staff.
