The Dr. took care of me in the hospital and I liked him but when I showed up for my after hospital care appt the woman who made the appt with me was extremely rude! She remembered me making an appt but she failed to put it in her computer and when I got there said I don't have an appointment. The Dr. really needs to hire people who knows how to do their jobs. Anyone can make a mistake but she just wouldn't own up to it. Now I have to find another cardiologist.
My experience with Dr Patel was excellent, listened to my problems and offered solutions.The office staff is kind and efgicient.
