The worst! This practice used to have phenomenal care. Since the previous doctor/boss retired, Jaymi Smith treats patients as just numbers with money. Her bedside manner has hit the toilet. She has forgotten that patients and their advocates have rights. The right to quality care, the right to expect expedient follow up and follow through, and the RIGHT TO BE HEARD.
