I moved to the area from overseas, it was difficult finding a place to live in the area that was reasonably priced and close to everything, without moving up to Crestview or out to Navarre. This place is great if your single, married, or have a small family they have two bedroom apartments for a small family. The owners were great with everything, they also take great care of the units and property. Any issue I ever had, I had a response and fix action as soon as I called.
