Poor quality homes bought 4 month ago .Not happy
Great great customer service!! We had condensation issue in the attic in -45 weather condition. Found few wet spots in the ceiling. Called emergency number. They guided me through the steps to be taken. Any how I was not able to perform the task. Next day they called for follow up. I let them know about the issues I was having while performing the task. Smigorowski Darren(customer care specialist)came to our house to check. He also fixed it the very next day with no cost at all and he fixed it pretty well. Thanks to Darren f... read more
