They are always helpful. And really great at getting my prescriptions filled
I've been connected with this place for years and never had great experiences but I am totally homebound and just try to minimize hassles, etc. For around 3-4 years I experienced very stressful issues with their billing. They would not always reduce their charges to the Medicare maximum allowed charge. They also would adjust their charges retroactively.
