Do not use this company. They were contracted thru ****** to replace our garage door. They failed to identify and separately contract with us to replace the track. During the install they were angry and fighting with each other the entire time, throwing materials, peeing in our landscaping and one of them intentionally clogged our powder room toilet which resulting in our basement flooding, which had to be remediated at a cost of over $2000. The Jaydor Company World class company for garage doors. They came and gave a price quote, which was within my reach, we agreed upon a door, it was ordered and gave me a delivery date. They were there on time, replacing the old with the new, making a slight adjustment and I was totaly satisfied. Yes I would recommend them.
Don't waste your money on jaydor Hired Jaydor to fix my gate. All other gate companies told me that the gate could not be fixed. My landscaper recommended Jaydor so i trusted their judgement and they also guaranteed me that the gate would be fully repaired once they completed the work. Every time they scheduled the repair he would no show and i would call back and they said they had no record of service call. Horrible shoddy work Awful company. They worked twice on my garage door at my apartment complex, and did horrible job both times. After replacing the remote, I could no longer open the door from the outside with the key. Also, they installed a manual opener that was supposed to allow me to open the door from the outside during a power outage (when the automatic opener does not work), but the manual opener never worked because they installed a kind that does not work with my door - they did not even test that the door could b... read more

This company left my house unsecure for 4 days when the project was supposed to take 4 hours. Absolutely no communication between the employees.
The installers were right on time. On November 29th they installed two doors. One was oversized. They did a great job. Doors work easy and quite. Their clean up was excellent. We are very happy with there service.
A huge thank you to the gentleman that answered the phone that told me how to troubleshoot and correct the problem with our garage door not closing. Very grateful for your help and honesty. Happy holidays to your entire crew!
