jaycox replaced and old carrier 5 ton single speed with a new carrier 2-speed. installation went smoothly and they added a return which really helped cool the whole house. I highly recommend them
We are completely satisfied with Jaycox! Our sales rep, Jason, was patient and thorough. Installers Mike, Shaduer, and Joe were really efficient — the entire Carrier HVAC installation was performed under five hours including cleanup. I would award them ten stars if that were possible! Could not ask for more!
TLDR - The BEST! Just had Jaycox out for the second time since buying a home with two older heat pumps. I can't begin to express how much I appreciate the friendliness, professionalism and integrity that Jaycox has displayed. I had been putting off calling them for a noisy condenser unit outside our bedroom that has been driving us crazy for months.
