We are completely satisfied with Jaycox! Our sales rep, Jason, was patient and thorough. Installers Mike, Shaduer, and Joe were really efficient — the entire Carrier HVAC installation was performed under five hours including cleanup. I would award them ten stars if that were possible! Could not ask for more! P. S. : It’s been over 3 months and we have experienced operation of both heating and cooling systems. I can add that they are working flawlessly and quietly. Very pleased!

jaycox replaced and old carrier 5 ton single speed with a new carrier 2-speed. installation went smoothly and they added a return which really helped cool the whole house. I highly recommend them
