Our 4 year old Amanna air conditioner kept shutting down leaving our house sweltering hot. Patrick kept coming back getting us up and running while waiting for parts. Amanna customer service failed where Jaycox was left shining. Patrick clearly described the problem and ordered the parts. The new parts failed as Amanna did not send everything needed. My air conditioner stopped working on an August day when it was 117 degrees. The company that normally services the unit would not return repeated messages. A relative recommended Jaycox. My call at 4:30 pm was answered by a very nice woman within 90 seconds. She said a technician would get back to me quickly. Shane called back six minutes later and was at my house 17 minutes after that. He inspected the system and performed a repair within 30 minutes. Ray was our AC tech when our unit was not cooling the house. We have an older unit and some supplies are not readily available easy. I could say so much more about how awesome Ray has been but I will leave this short. Ray with Jaycox in Surprise AZ is the guy you want fixing or servicing your AC. You can not go wrong! Call Jaycox first and see if Ray can help you. I am sure there are others at Jaycox that have that determination to get the job done and done right!
One of our A/C units went out this morning. They were able to come out same day. Our tech, Shane, was so kind and honest. He had the office call the manufacturer and one of the parts was still under warranty. That's an extra step he didn't have to take. The price for the service call, repair and a refill on refrigerant was more than fair. This company is honest and will do their best to come out as soon as possible. Highly recommend.
