Amazing service, fair price, courteous employees, these folks go the extra mile and the installers move fast and work hard. Jamie is very kind and easy to talk to when setting up an appointment and Kelton went above and beyond my hopes getting me a warranty replacement unit after a competitor gave up and left me hanging! I am forever grateful for Jaycox and I am praising Jesus for my new compressor outdoor unit on my 6 year old ductless A/C unit.

Jaycox has serviced my heat pump for many years and just replaced it for a good price and did it very professionally.
I can't recommend this company enough. My usual service company for my heat pump that I had used for 11 years told me a blower motor was failing, a $900.00 repair. I called Jaycox for a quote on a new unit and for a second opinion. Patrick Jaycox arrived the following day assured me nothing was wrong with my unit and there was no need for repairs or a new unit. You can not put a price on that kind of honesty and integrity. Jaycox will be my service provider from now on.
