We are completely satisfied with Jaycox! Our sales rep, Jason, was patient and thorough. Installers Mike, Shaduer, and Joe were really efficient — the entire Carrier HVAC installation was performed under five hours including cleanup. I would award them ten stars if that were possible! Could not ask for more! P. S. : It’s been over 6 months and we have experienced operation of both Carrier heating and cooling systems. I can add that they are working flawlessly and quietly. Very pleased!
I can't say how thankful I am that neighbors recommended Jaycox! This has been an ordeal, Jaycox was the 4th company we called to look at our system to replace a coil, and the within 2 days of calling them we are up and running! Everyone from office staff, tech Shane, to the installers were amazing even though I was frazzeled and not very happy by the time we got to them! Jaycox and staff are amazing!

Tech Manager David Gomez came by our residence to check out our aging duct work. He is a true professional in every sense of the word. David checked out our system thoroughly and was straight up and honest with us regarding our needs. This is the third time we have had Jaycox to our residence here in Surprise and I don’t think I could recommend another residential HVAC company other than Jaycox. David was amazing and such a pleasure to work with.
Jaycox has been our first call for AC problems since the neighbor recommended them many years ago. They just installed a brand new heating and cooling system in our home and the project was successful. Patrick the owner was available when a tiny issue came up and straightened it out immediately, highly recommended.
