We returned from vacation and our air conditioning units were not cooling. This morning Austen arrived at the beginning of the time window and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Thank you Jaycox and Austen for great service.

After obtaining several quotes to replace my heat-pump, I chose Jaycox with a mini-split system. Their price was more than competitive with others, and didn’t include costly add-on frills. Jaycox went above and beyond my expectations. I reached out to Jaycox this morning after I noticed a water stain in my kitchen ceiling. We had purchased an HVAC unit last year. I truly was not expecting them to come out today and check it out but they did. They actually came out within 2 hours of my initial call! Who does that???? Jaycox Air Conditioning does that!! This is a wonderful company to work with. They stand behind their products & services and they got the issue fixed.
After receiving an outrageous estimate from Semper Fi Heating and Cooling($13,500), Jaycox not only charged a fraction for A/C repair, but also repaired other items unknown to us.
