Honest, affordable, and reliable!Jaycox is a fantastic company. We had a terrible experience with Semper Fi leaving our AC completely broken just an hour after servicing it. Fortunately, Steve from Jaycox came out and turned everything around. He was wonderful to work with, fixed the issue seamlessly, and the final price was way cheaper than what other companies charge. If you want honest work at a fair price give them a call !
I could not be more impressed with the service I just received from Jaycox today. Within 70 minutes of my call on a Sunday afternoon, technician Steve had not only arrived, but had my system up and running again with a new capacitor and checked out to ensure no other issues. Not only that, the Jaycox price was almost $100 less than I paid one of their competitors almost 3 years ago for the same emergency job.
We are completely satisfied with Jaycox! Our sales rep, Jason, was patient and thorough. Installers Mike, Shaduer, and Joe were really efficient — the entire Carrier HVAC installation was performed under five hours including cleanup. I would award them ten stars if that were possible! Could not ask for more! P. S. : It’s been over 6 months and we have experienced operation of both Carrier heating and cooling systems. I can add that they are working flawlessly and quietly. Very pleased!
I can't say how thankful I am that neighbors recommended Jaycox! This has been an ordeal, Jaycox was the 4th company we called to look at our system to replace a coil, and the within 2 days of calling them we are up and running! Everyone from office staff, tech Shane, to the installers were amazing even though I was frazzeled and not very happy by the time we got to them! Jaycox and staff are amazing!
