Last week we left our Jayco caravan here for service and only mentioned a few minor issues. The biggest issue was that the cable going to our reverse camera from the caravan wasn't working. We specifically mentioned it when we took the caravan that the camera was working but there was a problem with the power cable. 8 days later they returned the caravan to us. Got my van serviced and added extra battery and solar. Dealt With Paul G he made it happen. Could not say anything bad about the team who did the work. They liaised with Jayco Sydney and they did what was asked and with in a decent time understand parts delay as they don’t make the parts. Overall. Will go back there again.
