A big thank you to Trent! My husband and I went into Jayco Orange last week, we weren’t sure what van would best suit or needs. We weren’t greeted by Trent, who we could see was busy with other customers at the time. Thank you Heather. We are looking to buy a new Jayco Silverline and we are very concerned about the possibility of the scenario you describe. And we’ve come to learn that the biggest difference between dealers is the pre-delivery check. We’ve heard shocking accounts (but not at Dubbo, apart from yours) and so we’re looking at country dealerships. Thanks again.

Don't waste your time. Absolutely useless customer service. The workshop team try to help as best they can but unfortunately are let down by the main person that does all the admin and quoting etc. Have had numerous issues that should have been covered by warranty but whenever you call for an update it's like the first time you've spoken to them and keeps going until unfortunately you are out of warranty. Even as a paying customer for other issues they still won't look at the cause, just take a photo of what the issue is and... read more
