We are travelling on a holiday and discovered that we have a leak... water dripping from our roof into the house area. We tried to get in to a Jayco service agent and thankfully Jayco in Orange NSW slotted us in at short notice. Ben organised a pressure test and they have now resealed all areas that showed up in the test as possible leak spots. They also sorted out a leaking water filler pipe as well. A big thank you to Trent! My husband and I went into Jayco Orange last week, we weren’t sure what van would best suit or needs. We weren’t greeted by Trent, who we could see was busy with other customers at the time. He was super helpful in taking the time to go through each Caravan on display to find the one we like best and that suited us! Thank you Heather. We are looking to buy a new Jayco Silverline and we are very concerned about the possibility of the scenario you describe. And we’ve come to learn that the biggest difference between dealers is the pre-delivery check. We’ve heard shocking accounts (but not at Dubbo, apart from yours) and so we’re looking at country dealerships. Thanks again.
