We were travelling from Brisbane to Western Australia when one of the wheels on our caravan suddenly started to feel hot. We called Dubbo Jayco and even though they were booked solid they said they would fit us in as an emergency. They kept us informed of all the issues and costs and fixed the issue promptly. They even followed up with the company in Queensland who had serviced the caravan 2 weeks earlier. We were back on the road for a week when they followed up again to make sure things were all OK.
