Submitted an application for housing back in March and didn't hear back until we got a letter on the last day of September and gave us 2 days to respond back. So after some confusion and back and forth we finally made an appointment, drove to Uhrichsville on the day of our appointment and they have the audacity to call at the last minute to tell us what their issues are and no they are not ADA accessible and told us in the letter a two bedroom is available, only to tell us it's not available and "we don't qualify" uh, hello ... read more
Awful. I wouldn't send my mother in law to this dump. They will cripple you financially. Mold in AC. They just don't care.
Been living here for a good while it's not a place thats great for raising a family drugs are rampant cops are always here but do nothing but add to the problems office is neither here or there when it comes to solving issues but short staff all the time doesn't help I know some do try when they can and if you try to make anymore money to get out of here they just take it 30 percent to be exact so if you move here good luck trying to get out the place is such in disrepair both outside and some inside I've witnessed some horr... read more
Office workers refuse to do anything about noise compliance/drug activity half the hallways don't have cameras other half are fake cameras. Soda machine gets broken into sometimes. There was a fire last year so electric probably isn't safe packages get broken
