The team arrived right on time and took extra care with all of our belongings while cleaning out our air ducts. Everyone worked hard and made sure everything was done properly. Even though the price was a little higher, the quality and attention to detail were worth it, especially with four technicians working together. I would highly recommend Jayce & Sons Air Duct Cleaning for anyone needing their air ducts cleaned!
Randall and Brantley did an excellent job cleaning our air ducts. Randall shared helpful tips on keeping the dust down in the future. I appreciated seeing all the dust and debris they removed from our vents. We’re very satisfied with the service, and it was a nice touch that they took off their shoes while working.
The whole team was very polite! We had our air ducts cleaned, and they did a very thorough job. They were quick to respond to our calls and emails. Seth went above and beyond to explain the cleaning process and made sure we were informed every step of the way. I found them to be honest and straightforward, which I really appreciated. Thomas and his assistant arrived right on time, were very polite, and acted professionally during the air duct cleaning. They explained each step of the process, were friendly, and answered all my questions. Along with cleaning the air vents, Thomas also pointed out anything unusual he noticed in my attic and heater, like hornet nests. I would definitely recommend Jayce & Sons Air Duct Cleaning to others in Dallas.
Randall did a fantastic job! He really knows his stuff and was very polite. He took the time to answer all my questions and even showed me the parts of my air ducts so I could understand what was causing the problem with my dryer vent.
