The office staff has been very friendly, responsive and helpful when I have needed assistance. I have had several interactions with Dr. Cook and cannot say he is anything but professional and thorough. He takes the time to talk with you, explain a care plan and ensure you are comfortable before you leave the office. I travel from Greensboro to this office because I appreciate the professionalism and care I have received here.
Every time I have tried to call...I get put on hold for an eternity. I was going to be a new patient but I've changed my mind and will go elsewhere.
