Dr. Venkatesh is a very kind and professional doctor. She always returned our calls. Dr. Venkatesh was great with not only our son, but with us as well. I like her from the moment I met her when she visited me in the hospital when our son was born! Our son is older now and he no longer sees her, but I have mentioned her to many people who have asked me about the need for a pediatrician!
She is very blunt. If that is the kind of doctor patient relationship you want then she is the women for you. She also is rough at times when giving vaccinations which personally did not work for my family.
I have spoken to several people who's children are patients or former patients of this dr. I don't know who is worse the Dr or her staff. Everytime you go in there you see new staff members all the time, with the exception of maybe one. Those employees speak like they have no intelligence. Dr dismisses all ailments as allergies. Never returns patients calls ever!! Very poorly run office. I have heard a few horrible stories about her, the staff and the whole office in general. All very true!!!!
She is a wonderful Dr. I trust her expertise,and I would recommend her to family and friends anytime.
