Horrible experience! I don't recommend this place to anyone. Jay is rude and does not care about customers or his own employees! It's disgusting. We had tile floor, quartz kitchen counter tops and tile back splash done thru them and they did a horrible job. I had to call them several times and even after that grout is missing in several places in the floor tile, drywall job looks horrible and we still have to hire someone to fix it. We bought a foreclosure that needed total updating. Jay's handled flooring (tile throughout major areas) carpeting in bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen cabinets with granite. Everything was done with quality. His entire team of employees were professional and truly interested in making our experience a pleasant one. Everything was choreographed nicely and completed in a timely manner. You will not be disappointed with the company! Would definitely use him again!

To Jay's Floors: Due to a water problem in our kitchen in December of 2011, we had the need to have our kitchen upgraded from the 1980's style and materials to an up-to-date kitchen. We visited Jay's in late January of 2012 and looked at various options and with the help of the staff, a design was completed and we picked out our American made cabinets, the coordiated tile flooring, back splash and granite countertop. We had new kitchen cabinets, counter tops, and flooring done by Jay's Floors & More. The products and workmanship is top notch. Jay is truly concerned about his customers. The people who work for him are gifted, professional, and personable. Our house now looks like a model home. We highly recommend this company.
