Love him, hate having what I have to go through to see him. No one answers phones anymore, you have to leave a message. I left a message on Friday at 10 am and at 5:17 someone called and left a message for me to return call. Immediately returned call but office was closed. Called Monday at 9 and left another message -no return call. Called Tuesday and operator told me I had to leave another message . I’m getting frustrated and really, really, really hate CVI. Dr Koneru sees my husband every 6 months, at this appt he reviewed his medicines and suggested taking a pill when needed, instead of 2 times a day. Very thankful for this diligent dr
Dr. Koneru has been very helpful and took excellent care of my father. He was very patient and explained his condition well. Thank you for saving my father. The staff were attentive and highly rate this practice.
He has very poor communication skills. Has the attitude you should not question what he says. When we hesitated with his decision he walked out of the office and sent in the nurse saying when we decided to go with the procedure let them know. You can’t hit someone with bad news and expect them to just accept it with out questions
