Found out to the grapevine the Dr. is closing practice. Waited 2 months for a appointment for my spouse coming up Aug 19. We are still waiting for a call to notify me he's going out of buisnees
I have never been treated so poorly by a receptionist. I called yesterday and had everything set up to start seeing this doctor. I called this morning as I was informed that my PC approved and sent over the referral I needed. The receptionist that answered the phone (Brittany) was unprofessional and began to get loud.
