Please read . I found Dr Patil kind enough and his wife helpful with my insurance claims BUT that’s where it ends at this juncture. I had called twice to discuss my medication and to make a follow up appointment, which wasn’t made at my last visit , I left detailed messages (I saved them with the date and time ) I have been a patient for a while at this point, so I’m not new , which would be more understandable to set up if this was a first visit . I recently started seeing doctor patil and I am glad I did. He is a wonderful Doctor who truly seems to care. He does not rush you in and out and takes the time to listen and really wants to help. He hasc helped me dramatically in the short time I have been his patient. I also have to mention his wife, who is in charge of the front desk. She is equally as wonderful and you can tell she truly cares about all of their patients. They are a great team that is knowledgeable, efficient and truly care.
