I had to give at least one star to do this review. Back in the mid 80s my dad seen this Dr... and about 10+ others who failed to catch the issue that caused his death. He was told he had sinusitis. My dad made sure every Dr, including Jayakody, knew about his previous medical issues and surgeries, including heart conditions and repairs to it . In '67 he had been the victim of a hit and run.
