I was overcharged for co-pays. Their third party billing services admitted the overcharged and said a request for refund was sent to the office. Weeks later, I called their billing services again, they said all they can do is send request. I called the office about the refund, no one is taking calls, office manager Elizabeth is not returning calls like she stated in her recordings. Dr. Jaya is a good doctor and thats the only good thing I can said about that.
If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Staff is disrespectful. I’ve been calling and trying to make appointments since my daughter turned 1, which was 4 MONTHS AGO. I’ve been calling for 4 months to try and get her 1 year shots in and I get no response no call back and my calls even go to voicemail. I tried to go in person and they had a sign saying they’re closed for the next 2 weeks. Horrible and will be moving my child to a different clinic when they finally decide to answer me.
This office used to be great, but not anymore. My kids had an appointment that has now been rescheduled three times in a month without my permission, on top of the inconvenience they made several times, I’ve had to waste time going back and forth on the phone, and it’s also caused repeated disruptions to my work schedule. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am soo disappointed with this clinic being its mostly for kids they do NOT care at all. I’ve been trying to make an appointment for over a month now. The phone doesn’t get answered and once you go there the door is locked and says to call the number which again they don’t answer. I’ve had to take my kids to urgent care for a simple reason because their pediatrician doesn’t care.
This use to be a great office that provided good services. The last time I tried to make an appointment the person that answers the phone denied my daughter to see the Dr. She stated we were inactive and we missed an appointment after that her rude self hung up the phone. This is the second time this has happen so unprofessional. We can take our business else were
