Very pleasant visit with Dr. Van. all the time. I have known Dr. Van for more than 12 years during which time she has been my primary physician until now. Dr. Van has been my primary care physician for over 15 years. She's very concerned with my overall health. She's preached to me for years about my smoking and eating habits. Any problems I'm having now is of no fault of hers for sure. She spends lots of time discussing and explaining medical problems in a language I can understand. Whenever I have questions I normally receive a call back within that day. Another thing I admire about her is she never leaves you waiting over 10 or 15 min.
Very caring, listens to all I say to her. Discusses anything pertaining to my health concerns. Calls back same day when possible about lab results.
Dr. Van is excellent when you are here for an appointment. She is very helpful and considerate. When I was in the Hospital she was there every day. I would highly recommend her to friends or relatives.
Dr "Van" is a caring thorough professional. My personal care by her was and is excellent. She always follows up on issues and gets answers which are explained in an easy to understand format.. She is extremely consious of my needs as a patient and is definitely an excellent physician. It is a pleasure and a blessing to have her tending to my illnesses. Robert Roderick
