In this day and age, we seldom find customer service at its best. One shining star among such ‘state-of-art’ service is Jaya Travels and more importantly Devika who helps anchor and takes care of their customers for end to end travel needs. I’ve been using Jaya Travels and their services through Devika for little over a decade and half and never once have they let me down. Not only do they go above and beyond, their service in simply numero uno. Period.
Someone recommended this service to me a couple of months ago. It seemed strange as I live in Florida, and they are in Michigan. What a pleasant experience with the agency and my contact Devika. Seamless process, as if next door. Got me an excellent price for Executive Class. The best part is that I got sick in India and had to request assistance on my return flight. One email to Devika and it was done. I am looking forward to working with Jata Travels and Devika again and again. Suresh Raina
