THEY NEVER EVER EVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... I WONDER WHY THEY EVEN HAVE A PHONE OR A BUSINESS IF THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE FOR PATIENTS.
We have been going to Dr. Thomas for a long time and all my 4 kids were under her care. We had a 5th child and the insurance was in process. For some reason, insurance was not showing for my new child and she was seriously ill. Her office refused to see my child. As a courtesy and in consideration for our relationship with them, they could have seen my child but they refused and wanted money upfront. I was so pissed. This doctor is for money and money only. They have no feelings.
