As I was trying to wash my dishes, I realized that my hot water was not working. My dad who is a master plumber on the other side of Texas helped me to realize that my water heater was no longer working, and I needed to get it swapped out as it was still under warranty (thankfully). Trying to sell my house and needed a quick plumbing fix. Scheduling with Talisa was so easy and productive, and my technician, Dalton, was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He patiently answered all my questions, and thoroughly explained what he was doing and why. Will call them again when needed!
