After 2 bad experiences, I am done. If they recommend a service or repair, do yourself a favor and get a second opinion.
Had a fuel pump replaced on a 2020 Corolla. Carpet was left hanging out from under the backseat and tools were left in the car. Paid a premium price for a sloppy service.

I had an oil change and other maintenance done on my Tacoma. Had a coupon for the oil change, and they(JW) provided another little discount on services. Total time about an hour and a half. Started getting my maintenance there, very pleased.
