I went to make a service appointment the lady on the phone was very rude didn’t take any of my information down and I never heard anything from them sense
Charged me $212 to 'diagnose' the issue when I told them exactly what was wrong (They said it was $180 but there was a hidden fee) They also quoted me $800 in labor alone to change an alternator, which would have taken like 20-30 minutes tops I think they knew I was desperate because I was stranded
Following a friend's recommendation, we asked to work with Jessica concerning a Toyota sienna. We were glad we did. She is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with. Even though it was cold and raining outside, she didn't hesitate to go outside and show us several vehicles and test drive one. We look forward to completing the process with her.
