Horrible service! I went today for a service just the tire rotation and it took more than two hrs just to get it done. I was sitting in the waiting room and after 1 hr 40 min i had to check with them again to see if it was done! I had other appointments to attend somewhere else which were delayed only because of this. They said they made a mistake and they balanced the tire also that’s why it was late! The absolute best experience with a dealership we have ever had. Jerry (sales) was so knowledgeable and helpful. Scott and Johnny are exceptional leaders and understand customer service. 10/10 would recommend this dealership.
I really appreciate the service department and we had some initial hick ups with sales but they were quick to rectify. Overall very good experience still.
One of our cars finally kicked the bucket and we needed a replacement. It has been 14/15 years since my husband and I have purchased a car, but between Gary and Omar, we had an amazing experience. They were patient, kind, and very helpful. When our other car reaches the end of its life, we will definitely be back for our next one! Thank you!
