No pressure from our salesman, Rusty. We knew what we wanted and he delivered, had it detailed and a full tank of gas. The finance person was awesome, didn't run our credit too many times, got the payment we wanted. This was the easiest, less stressful car buying experience I've ever had
I do NOT recommend this specific dealership. The sales representative created an unwelcoming environment when I first walked in and said I had no appointment. Upon my request to test drive a corolla cross and RAV4, they didn't ask trim or desired packages; instead immediately sat down and discussed numbers. Made me feel pressured and unheard. My Rav4 Hybrid needed its complimentary 25,000 mile service. I made the appointment, and when I brought it in, I told Tiy Lee, Service Advisor, that I did not want the tire rotation since I just had one because I had to purchase 2 tires that had popped. She would not do the 21 point Toyota inspection that was due. She said she could not do it with an "RO" I asked her what an RO was and I think she indicated it was a Request Order.
