Service Department Billed for work they did not do!! I have been a customer for 6 years, but I after a regular maintenance I discovered some of the items I was billed for not completed. When I brought this to their attention they at first denied it and then when they checked for themselves they grudgingly admitted the work was not done. Their overall response was not to look for ways to satisfy my complaint, but instead to try to make me feel like I was the problem.
