My car got rear-ended. And I was referred to this shop by the insurance company. They have the best customer service. Everyone was nice and helpful. That's hard to come by these days. And I'm also satisfied with my car it looks good as new. I just wanted to say thanks. And you have a customer for life.

I had some issues when I first picked up my vehicle from Jay Wolfe Body Shop. The rear door panel trim was popped out, and there were a few scratches on the trunk and repaired areas that shouldn’t have been there at delivery. I had warranty and paint/body work completed here about 18 months ago. Recently, some of the paint began chipping, so I brought it back in—only to learn that Toyota no longer covered the repair under warranty due to the time that had passed. Sean stepped in and took care of the issue at no additional cost, repairing the peeling paint even though he wasn’t obligated to do so. He did an excellent job, and I truly appreciate him standing behind their previous work. Thank you, Sean!

We have 3 stage ruby flash pearl paint. They did a super fantastic job on our Highlander. It was fast too. The only thing that slowed it down was waiting for a part from Toyota. I am so impressed with their work.
