Jay is the absolute best and I highly recommend him! He met with me and we went over what he recommended as far as minor repairs/improvements. Due to my work schedule, I was only home 2 days a week. Jay lined everything up from the painter, landscaper, handyman and staging. He is very knowledgable about the market and his pricing suggestion was spot on.
