Dr. Floyd and staff most expecially nurse Davis addresses my issues and concerns. Wonderful office environment
I have been a patient of Dr Floyd since I moved to Brunswick in 2022. It was kind of an accident that I ended up seeing him because he is not the doctor I chose for my PCP at that clinic. He ended up leaving that clinic and then I had to search for him, But I found him at his present clinic, and I made an appointment as a new patient, even though I had seen him once before. If I could leave a negative for this office I would. Poor service from check in to check out. The Dr. has TERRIBLE bedside manner. The staff had no clue how to check out. All of them were rude and it was awful service. I've never seen an office so unorganized and rude in my life. I wouldn't send my enemy to him to be seen. I'm not sure how he has any 5 star reviews. First visit and last!!
